Description	Cyclosporin D is a weak immunosuppressor. It is potent inhibitor of tumor promoting phorbol ester TPA/PMA in vivo. It is also a potent inhibitor of Ca2+/calmodulin dependent EF-2 phosphorylation in vitro.
